A private practice, built upon relationships
NextQuant Management collaborates with a limited number of principals and family offices to source and structure private capital opportunities — from New York, with partners abroad.
NextQuant exists for a particular kind of relationship: the principal or office that wants a partner in the room, not a product on a shelf.
We work at the intersection of capital and opportunity. We originate and structure transactions — and then assemble the independent expertise each one requires. That is the whole of our part, and we are deliberate about its edges.
We are not a registered investment adviser, and we do not provide investment management. Where a mandate calls for professional investment advice, we work alongside independent registered advisers and counsel of the principal’s choosing — never in their place. It is a narrower part than a traditional firm’s, and we believe a more honest one.

How we hold ourselves
Alignment before all
We take on work only where our interests and a principal's point in the same direction. Structure is how we hold them there.
Collaboration, not custody
We are a partner at the table, not a manager of capital. The decisions, and the assets, remain with those who own them.
The right counsel
Each mandate is convened with the independent advisers and specialists it requires — chosen for the work, not the relationship.
Discretion as default
We work quietly. The most important parts of our practice are rarely the parts that are seen.
